2. Account Rules

• If an event is cancelled or the result is inconclusive, the stake will be refunded.
• During live betting, odds may change at any moment. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection's odds will be counted as 1.0 for the purposes of settlement.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers from sports88 are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of the relevant terms.

• Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 6x wagering requirement applies. Minimum odds of 1.60 required.
• Free Bet: When a free bet wins, only the net profit (excluding the original stake amount) will be credited.
• Cashback: Cashback of up to 15% on weekly net losses is available. A 1x wagering requirement applies to all cashback.
• Withdrawals directly from bonus balance are not permitted.
• A maximum of two bonuses may be active at the same time.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period — any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
• If multiple accounts, the same device, or multiple members of the same household are found abusing bonuses, all bonuses will be forfeited.

5. Payment Terms

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals at Sports88:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100 (bKash & Nagad). Limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be processed through the same method used for the deposit. Payments to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Involvement in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of event manipulation.
• Attempting to hack an account or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Using the sports88 name or brand without prior authorization.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, intimidating, or attempting to defraud other members.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

Sports88 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If the Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Registering with false information.
• Refusing to complete identity verification (KYC).
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• When required by law or directed by a regulatory authority.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, the main balance (excluding any bonuses) will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.

Inactive accounts will be charged a ৳100 monthly maintenance fee starting after 12 months of inactivity, until the balance reaches zero or the member becomes active again.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sports88 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Unexpected technical failures or server downtime.
• Account credential exposure resulting from the member's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from third-party attacks or cybercrime.
